Here’s a Breakdown of the First Look at “Game of Thrones” Season 4

HBO has put out a video showing a sneak peak at their shows in 2014, but let’s be honest, none of them really matter except “Game of Thrones.”

You can check out the video above to see the “Game of Thrones” Season 4 sneak peak and check out just what these specific scenes mean below the jump.

WARNING: There be so many spoilers below. Not all the spoilers, but still some spoilers.

Who Knows Season 4

Scene one is probably the most difficult to decipher and features a possibly male figure on horseback running toward some people with a lance. We’re assuming it takes place in Mereen? Or maybe Dorne? Is it the Red Viper? A fight with the Champion of Mereen? We have no idea. At least the rest of the promo makes sense.

Tyrion Lannister Season 4

Tyrion Lannister is up next and if you pay close attention, you will notice that his hands are manacled, because he’s been accused of doing something to King Joffrey and is in custody for it. Strangely enough it looks like Sansa is sitting in on this scene which leads to more questions.

Joffrey Season 4

Awww, look how happy King Joffrey looks while sitting through his own wedding while the Queen of Thorns gives what we assume to be an awesome speech. Drink up Joffrey, wine makes everything better.

Jamie Lannister Season 4

Jamie Lannister is back at King’s Landing looking clean shaven and in desperate need of a different haircut. He is most likely flipping through the White Book (the Book of Brothers) which records all the deeds of members of the Kingsguard. And if you look closely at his missing right hand you’ll notice that it’s now gold!

Sansa Stark Season 4

Finally Sansa looks happy, most likely because she’s not at King’s Landing anymore but is in another location that may look familiar if you’ve been paying attention.

And there you have it, the first look at “Game of Thrones” Season 4. We’re super stoked to see some events and super dreading others. ::sobs quietly:: They don’t call it A Song of Ice and I Want to Set Myself on Fire for nothing.

What? Is that not the title?
